Job Overview:
Saigon Digital is a dynamic startup, and as the Mid-Level/ Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. This position requires not only the ability to plan and oversee marketing initiatives but also a hands-on approach to execution when necessary. You will need to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and delivered effectively across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Saigon Digital's business objectives, focusing on brand growth, lead generation, and market penetration
- Hands-On Execution: As a key player in a startup environment, you will be expected to step in and execute marketing tasks directly when needed, whether it's writing copy, managing social media accounts, or coordinating events
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous learning
- Task and Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring that tasks are assigned appropriately, deadlines are met, and projects are executed efficiently
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimise future strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and support overall business goals
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to keep Saigon Digital ahead of the curve
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximise ROI across all marketing activities

- Working hours: 9AM - 6PM from Monday - Friday
- Location: Lakeview 1 - 19 To Huu, Thu Thiem Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a marketing role. Having leadership experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Hands-on experience in executing various marketing tasks, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination
- Excellent leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members
- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a startup environment, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
