- Media Planning: (20%)
- Plan the digital media plan as a solution for the client's problem.
- Develop the quarterly and annual media plan, budget allocation
- Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
- Digital Campaign Execution: (40%)
- Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,...)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Report & Analytics: (10%)
- Generate Campaign Reporting to have key learning for upcoming projects
- Project Management: (30%)
- Manage on top with the project's situation and can solve clients' problems related to project’s management
- Proactively make suggestions, next step with clients to improve performance with highly complicated full scope media: Branding, Performance, Content/Creative.
- Know how to make media plan at a complex level (Many assumptions, detail plans with 3-7 dimensions and have solid arguments for your assumptions)
- Know how to come up with logic to optimize your project, can QC, audit, or challenge for other trainees/OE or pass OM/OD’s challenge
- Complete the deadline and the output meets the standard set by LM

Must have:

- Have the ability to work under pressure (big big pressure)
- Analytical skills & problem-solving skills
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and campaigns with an intensive workload.

Good to have:

- 1.5-year experience in marketing team or media agency background.
- 2-year experience in Google Adword, Facebook Ads.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
