1. Planning and implementing digital marketing activities
- Build, manage and develop digital maketing tools for company. Website, Fanpage, Zalo, Youtube, Tiktok,
- Implement maketing activities on digital tools according to the company’s stratege direction
- Collaborate with content department to plan and develop content for digital channels to ensure KPIs are achieved.

2. In charge of online sales channels
- E-commerce floor
- Website manage, optimize and increase sales efficiency on the company website
- Handling order related issues and tracking orders from online channels
- Coordinate with relate departments to answer questions, provide feedback to customers about products, increase closing rate

3. Other issues
- Other tasks assigned by department head
