JOB SCOPE:
Digital Supervisor supports the work of E-commerce Manager to maximize the company sales.

KEY TASKS:
Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing Customer Relation Membership, loyalty programs, Customer Data Process (CDP), Market automation platform (Braze) and ensuring delivery and returns processes are effective.
Partner with copywriters, UX, and developers to execute creative
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Works closely with related teams to define the consumer experience and e merchandising.
Activates the right business drivers by tracking and drawing conclusions from specific e-commerce KPIs (unique visitors, conversion rate, profit optimization)
Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies.
Drives collaboration with digital innovation technology teams and ensures continuous improvement and upgrade of the site scale direct to consumer online sales.
Monitoring performance and evaluate effectiveness of e-Commerce channels.
Suggest the improvement / action for business based on intelligence information/reports.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

**Job Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience in Tech sector (such as setting up Google Analytics, GTM, UTM, Firebase) is a giant plus
Knowledge of online business marketing metrics (Impressions, Clicks, Click-Through Rate, Conversions, CPC, ROI, Cost per Acquisition) is a must
Be detail-oriented, creative, very organized, able to multitask, and work well under pressure
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners, at different levels of the organization
Database management skills strongly preferred
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Possess outstanding written and verbal communications skills in both English and Vietnamese
