**What you will do**:

- Manage our truck drivers who have installed Lalamove stickers on their vehicles as well as motorcycle drivers who have purchased Lalabags, including data collection, retention management, driver data management, payment management, supporting drivers;
- Manage the stock of stickers and QC sticker installation;
- Engage and collaborate with every function within Operations team and others, both lateral and vertical, to ensure information flow with all drivers are being processed efficiently;
- Track and monitor analysis of metrics to properly identify problems and come up with solutions, making improvements.

**What we will need**:

- Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
- Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
- Good level of English;
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel is ideal.
