**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate with Sales & BD Department to have sales plan (incl. product types, quantity, quality, required temperature, time and delivery location ) to make the master plan for terminal and truck fleet
- Work closely with the Procurement Department to ensure that all asphalt, raw materials, materials and spare parts imported to the terminals meet the business plan as well as the company’s strategy.
- Ensure that all terminals operate in secure, safe and effective way for all activities related to:

- Import bitumen: coordinate with stakeholders (Procurement Department, Shipping Agent, Inspection, Board of Port Management...) to control volume/quality, enhance storage capacity and minimize demorate fee and lay time.
- Ensure that the products are manufactured according to the plan in terms of type, quantity, quality... with the most optimal costs.
- Inventory management: ensure Raw/Fuel/Materials are preserved, periodically checked and reported according to company regulations.
- Control goods delivery: control orders and tank truck drivers /spray drivers/trailer drivers so that the delivery runs smoothly meeting customers’ requirements in terms of delivery time, type, quantity, quality and temperature...
- Mechanic and maintenance management: Plan for maintenance & repaire activitities related to production line equipments (tank system, insulation system, heater, pumps, valve systems, air compressor systems, piping/conveyor/ screw systems, hoists, gauges / weighbridge, monitoring equipment / cameras, waste treatment systems, swings lanes, infrastructure, transportation vehicles...) are operated in a safe and efficient status according to the regulations of the Company, the Group as well as the provisions of law.
- Cost management: monitor and ensure costs (related to heating, transportation, maintenance, utilities, manpower, and other costs...) at the optimal level according to the annual targets.
- Develop truck fleets (trailer drivers, tank truck drivers, spray drivers, wheel loaded drivers, etc.), as well as strategic transport partners to ensure efficient implementation of delivery plans for each time during the year.
- Closely coordinate with other related departments such as HR, QHSE, ISO, FA, Legal, Procurement... to review/adjust regulations, SOPs, WIs, training plans... to strengthen the management system and develop the team to meet the Company's long-term strategic goals.
- Advise/consult the BOM on development strategies of the Operation Department and plan to implement projects to expand business plans according to the approved long-term strategic goals and orientations of the Company & the Group.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Engineering, Electrical, Economic Management;
- At least five years of experience in an operational management position. Deep understanding of the Logistics, Planning, Supply Chain shall be advantages
- Strong leadership skills in order to efficiently manage the terminal organization and HSSE to ensure a good and secure working environment
- Able to implement terminals’ operation strategy
- Ability of communication and presentation.
- An analytical nature and good negotiation and organization skills
- Willing to go on business trip
- Responsibility, team works spirit, enthusiasm.
- Computer using, English communication.
