To realize this mission, the Foundation implements 10 key action programs nationwide, focusing on 10 essential aspects of life, including Green Mobility, Green Energy, Green Offices, Green Consumption, Green Lifestyles, Green Cities, Green Tourism, Green Education, Green Healthcare, and Green Sports.

JOB DETAILS:

• Coordinate daily operations across both the VinFuture Foundation and the "For Green Future" Foundation to ensure smooth workflows and compliance.
• Oversee administrative, legal, and financial processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and standardize operational procedures, including documentation, reporting, and approval systems.
• Plan and manage logistics for major events, including but not limited to the annual VinFuture Sci-Tech Week, conferences, and CSR initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality event delivery.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, payments, and procurement documents, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-foundation and external projects, including collaborations with relevant government agencies and other partner institutions.
• Track project progress and performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely completion.
• Serve as the liaison with government bodies, schools, and experts, maintaining productive partnerships and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to promote the Foundations' mission and ensure consistent public messaging.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (overseas education or corporate experience preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or project coordination, ideally within foundations, NGOs, or large organizations.
• Strong understanding of financial procedures, project management, and event operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
