**Get to know the Role**:

- Brand Account Management, including business proposals and roadmap to grow brands on Grab.
- Project management with internal and external stakeholders to smoothly run campaigns and meet company KPIs.
- Serve as a key member to drive Grab Marketing Solution strategy on Grab.

**The day-to-day activities**:

- Develop business with key corporate accounts (mainly FMCG Brands) and responsible for daily account servicing enquiries of incoming and existing clients
- Develop strategic account plans and processes to manage enterprise/corporate accounts efficiently and effectively
- Drive revenue for FMCG via prospecting new leads, annual client renewals, constant upselling of new Grab solutions
- Delights customers by proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Drive and overview operations process with cross functional teams to bring project live
- Analyze data to give action for merchant problems & growth solutions.

**The must haves**:

- At least 3-4 years of experience in business roles, both client and agency side are welcomed.
- Prior experience in working in agency, brand FMCG categories
- Detail oriented and comfortable with operational works
- Good skill at making pitching presentation
- Willing to go extra miles to come up with new solutions
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
- Ability to effectively multiple clients (internal and external), manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
