**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Quy hoạch, phát triển nền tảng và các sản phẩm, dịch vụ Ngân hàng số cho KHCN/KHDN trên các kênh Internet, Mobile và các kênh số.
- Phối hợp với bên liên quan để triển khai hệ thống nền tảng, tiếp nhận chuyển giao công nghệ, phát triển, hỗ trợ vận hành, cải tiến liên tục sản phẩm, dịch vụ số dành cho KHCN/KHDN để đáp ứng yêu cầu kinh doanh.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch công việc chung của Phòng và lập kế hoạch hành động chi tiết để thực hiện và hoàn thành tốt các nhiệm vụ được giao.
- Nghiên cứu các xu hướng công nghệ, các giải pháp công nghệ mới. Đề xuất áp dụng vào công tác xây dựng nền tảng số và các sản phẩm, dịch vụ số dành cho KHCN/KHDN.
- Xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn công nghệ, tích hợp, kiến trúc theo định hướng của Ngân hàng.
- Tham gia triển khai các dự án chiến lược theo từng thời kỳ
- Tham gia nghiệm thu và review các biên bản nghiệm thu UAT trong phạm vi các sản phẩm dịch vụ số KHCN/KHDN mà đơn vị quản lý
- Điều phối các bên thực hiện golive tính năng sản phẩm, dịch vụ trên các kênh số thuộc phạm vi thuộc đơn vị quản lý.
- Hỗ trợ và tham mưu cho lãnh đạo trung tâm, lãnh đạo khối về chiến lược phát triển nền tảng và các sản phẩm, dịch vụ số dành cho KHCN/KHDN.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Bằng cấp: Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin
- Kinh nghiệm: tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm trong lĩnh vực Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Viễn thông, bất động sản.
- **Kỹ năng**:

- Hiểu biết sâu sắc và có kinh nghiệm thực tế về chuyển đổi số. Có kinh nghiệm triển khai dự án xây dựng nền tảng số và các sản phẩm dịch vụ số cho các doanh nghiệp ngành Tài chính, Ngân hàng.
- Hiểu biết về nguyên lý thiết kế và các mô hình kiến trúc giải pháp công nghệ như SOA, Microservice Architecture (MSA), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
- Hiểu biết về Cloud, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Container.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản trị dự án phát triển phần mềm. Có kinh nghiệm lead Agile/Scrum.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng kế hoạch CNTT, kinh nghiệm thực thi kế hoạch chiến lược chuyển đổi số.
- Giao tiếp và trình bày logic.
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Kỹ năng phát hiện và phòng ngừa rủi ro trong quy trình, hoạt động liên quan công nghệ số.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, tạo động lực, quản lý nguồn lực và thúc đẩy và giám sát nhân viên trong đơn vị.
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh.
