- Ensure the accurate execution of all established compensation and benefits programs e.g. payroll management, performance motivation and other incentive schemes, annual merit exercises, etc.
- Assist to establish and develop a complete C&B system; Implement and maintain the job evaluation process; Supervise and maintain the salary grading structure; Review & update C&B programs timely according to the update of local labor & insurance regulations or policies.
- Be responsible for employee relations, improve employee working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, attendance management and grievance procedures.
- Be responsible training plan and implementation, talent development.
- Assist with Business related projects in accordance with Corporate Goals, develop solutions and implement measures.
- Monitor labor and income tax policy and legislation and recommend ways to maintain compliance of the compensation policy and procedures; Submit monthly manpower report or other relevant reports whenever required, programs and actions necessary.
- Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
- Develop a capable team to provide high quality, prompt execution HR management.
- Promote workplace safety, discipline, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- University degree in comparable professional HR qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resource Management (full-functions) and at least 3 years in manufacturing environment
- Experience in ISO9000/14000/SA/CTPAT is prefered
