**Position**:
**Tasks & Responsibilities**

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Support annual financial strategy and long-term planning.
- Collaborate with foreign investors, providing financial insights and analysis during investor meetings and reporting

2. Financial Oversight:

- Manage full sets of accounts for legal entities (AP, AR, and GL).
- Prepare monthly management reports.

3. Risk Management and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Monitor financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

- Liaise with foreign inhouse stakeholders, others Business Head, work with Regional team in Singapore and Global Team in London, liaise with related authorities, and partners.
- Facilitate communication between the finance team and other departments

5. Work with IT team to align inhouse ERP/accounting system with Local Vietnam market.
- Establish and document processes/controls to ensure compliance with local market.s.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:
**Essential**:

- Qualifications typically include a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with CPA/CMA certification preferred.
- Having extensive experience (10+ years) in accounting and financial management
- Fluent in English
