- ** Team Management**: Oversees a regional finance team across multiple Southeast Asian markets

**Role Purpose**:
This role leads the finance function across several Southeast Asian markets. It ensures financial integrity, supports business decisions, and maintains compliance with internal and external requirements. The role plays a key part in tracking performance and supporting operational leadership with timely financial insights.

**Main Objectives**:

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the region
- Lead budget planning and forecasting cycles
- Strengthen cost control, compliance, and performance visibility

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day finance operations and monthly closing
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure tax, legal, and audit compliance across countries
- Maintain banking relationships and cash flow planning
- Provide performance insights to senior leadership
- Guide and develop a regional finance team

**Education & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certifications are a plus

**Professional Experience**:

- 5-10 years in a finance leadership role
- Experience in multinational or cross-border environments preferred
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong command of financial systems and reporting tools
- Familiarity with the SAP (FI/CO) system is highly preferred

**Behavioral Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High attention to detail and accountability
- Effective communicator with business-oriented thinking

**Knowledge Domain**:

- Financial planning, compliance, and regional coordination
- Understanding of local accounting and tax practices
