**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identifying potential suppliers, evaluating their capabilities and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Working with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements for materials and services.
- Managing supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, quality control, and cost effectiveness.
- Tracking and reporting supplier performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducting market research to identify new products, suppliers, and trends.
- Developing and maintaining a supplier database and managing the supplier selection process
- Developing and managing the procurement standard, policies, strategy in order to ensure process transparency, fairness, impartiality, and confidentiality.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and sourcing activities.
- Participating in budget planning and cost reduction initiatives.
- Managing a team of sourcing professionals and providing leadership, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Review and assess total supply chain risk and identify opportunities to minimize and eliminate risk
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education: bachelor's degree or master’s degree in supply chain or related field.
- Experience: minimum of 5 years’ experience in sourcing at electronics companies.
**Others**:
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements, managing supplier relationships, and working with international suppliers.
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
- Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions.
- Team management skill.
