Use data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for improving partnership performance
Lead customized complex negotiation with our strategic partnersManage existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, relationship management, and resolving conflicts
Work with senior leadership to develop and write program concepts, proposals, and reports

Plan, execute and monitor the strategic plans (tactical, long-term) or monthly campaigns to achieve business targets
Collaboration with all internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Merchandise, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, etc to resolve issues or improve performances.
Conducting deep dive analysis and providing insights based on data

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Background:
Vietnamese, base in Hanoi, Vietnam
Bachelor‘s degree in Insurance, Commerce, Finance, Economy or relevant field.

**Experience**:
Ability to quickly synthesize complex ideas, align them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experiences in leadership level or a similar role.
Interest in technology and industry fluency preferred.
Proven experience is compulsory.

**Skills**:Be result-driven, precise, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and under tight timelines.
Willing to work hard and put extra effort forth to meet deadlines and exceed client and management expectations
Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented;
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
