Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate and ensure IT security compliance assurance by reviewing tickets in the Service Desk system.
  • Collect statistics and make reports on the number of tickets reviewed and implemented by the IT department.
  • Perform cybersecurity advisory roles for new and existing systems, including cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Ensure the implementation of defined security requirements and perform compliance checks.

Requirements


Education


Bachelor's or Technical Degree in a relevant field, such as IT, Cryptography, Information Security, or Computer Science.


Knowledge and Expertise



  • Knowledge of infrastructure security, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments.
  • Experience in IT security advisory and consulting.
  • Familiarity with security controls for networks, systems, applications, and identity management.
  • Working experience in IT/IT security banking and knowledge of international IT security standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), ITIL.

Skills



  • Ability to read and understand professional documents in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT and IT security-related work.
