This role is to support General Agency (GA) in conducting daily transactional activities and deliver customer service nationwide.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist GAD in performing administrative tasks and monitor GA activities to ensure daily operations at GA.
- Hỗ trợ GAD thực hiện các công việc hành chính, giám sát các hoạt động của GA để đảm bảo hoạt động hàng ngày tại GA._- Ensure insurance transactions of GA comply with PVA’s regulations, laws.
- Đảm bảo các giao dịch bảo hiểm của GA tuân thủ các quy định của PVA và luật pháp Việt Nam._- Monitor the implementation of Customer Retention Strategy through all GAs in the province / city under management (shared KPI).
- Theo dõi việc thực hiện Chiến lược gìn giữ Khách hàng thông qua tất cả các GA trên địa bàn tỉnh / thành phố quản lý (KPI chung)_- Visit GA offices to provide timely support in terms of customer service including frequent training and guidance for GA staffs to ensure delivery of excellent services under PVA standards.
- Đến/ lên kế hoạch làm việc tại văn phòng GA để hỗ trợ kịp thời về dịch vụ Khách hàng, bao gồm đào tạo và hướng dẫn thường xuyên cho nhân viên GA để đảm bảo cung cấp các dịch vụ xuất sắc theo tiêu chuẩn PVA_- Participating in the activities of customers retention in GAs to achieve business goals, including premium collection, conservation, policy maturity, and management of orphaned customers.
- Tham gia vào các hoạt động về giữ chân Khách hàng tại các GAs nhằm đạt được các mục tiêu kinh doanh, bao gồm: thu phí bảo hiểm, các hoạt động cứu hủy, giữ gìn Khách hàng, khai thác Hợp đồng đáo hạn và quản lý Khách hàng mồ côi._- Supporting communication activities with customers in the provinces / cities under management.
- Hỗ trợ các hoạt động giao tiếp với khách hàng tại các tỉnh / thành phố quản lý._- Coordinate with GAD, other departments and local authorities to assist in handling complaints, incidents / conflicts... occurring at GA.
- Phối hợp với GAD, các bộ phận khác và chính quyền địa phương để hỗ trợ xử lý các khiếu nại, sự cố / xung độtxảy ra tại GA._- Act as the main contact point between GA and company, regarding all Customer Service issues as well as other supporting tasks.
- Đóng vai trò là đầu mối liên hệ chính giữa GA và công ty, liên quan đến tất cả các vấn đề của Dịch vụ Khách hàng cũng như các nhiệm vụ hỗ trợ khác._- Responsible for risks assessment and management in business operations under management zone.
- Chịu trách nhiệm đánh giá và quản lý rủi ro trong hoạt động kinh doanh thuộc khu vực quản lý._- Perform other tasks as assigned by manager(s).
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của người quản lý._

Job Requirements:
- College or BA degree, majors: Economics, Banking or Foreign Trade or Service industry
- Cao đẳng hoặc đại học các ngành: Kinh tế, Ngân hàng, Ngoại Thương hoặc dịch vụ_- Life Insurance Knowledge
- Kiến thức về Bảo hiểm nhân thọ_- Operational process, SoPs and systems
- Quy trình hoạt động, SoP và hệ thống_- Communication
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp_- Relationship building
- Kỹ năng xây dựng các mối quan hệ với các đối tác trong công việc hằng ngày._- Demonstrations of core values: Empathetic, Curious, Nimble, Courageous and Ambitious
