We are looking for

**Regional ESG/**CSR **Manager (M/F/d)**

at one of our locations in APAC or US.

**Your tasks**:

- Lead the implementation of the global ESG strategy, programs and management systems at countries of operations in APAC & US region
- Coordinate, guide and support country of operations in the region to implement Global ESG policy and programs in line with group, legal and customer requirements
- Track legal requirements and global trends in the area of sustainability and climate change
- Track metrics, KPIs, and coordinate implementation of corrective actions in the region
- Support Global Sustainability for the preparation of Group Sustainability and CDP reporting projects
- Support country of operations for establishing CSR management system
- Support ESG development internally through training as well as guidance and lead collaboration with third parties and other partners
- Conduct internal audits at country of operations in the region and track corrective and preventive actions
- Degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, social sciences, communications or similar fields
- Min.10 years of practical experience in EHS, ESG/CSR fields
- Ideally additional 3-4 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Good understanding of international standards and guidelines in CSR, sustainability and human rights fields (UN SDGs, GRI, ISSB, ISO 26000, etc.)
- Strong project management, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of trends in the ESG/CSR field
- Advanced English language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (max. 20-25%)
