**Job Overview**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare marketing materials and customer proposals for ESG Standard Gatherings platform (carbon footprint assessment platform and ESG consulting activities).
- Implement the communication and marketing plan (including social media campaigns, event organizations, stakeholders engagement) for Villa A (community space for Artivist activities).
- Support various communication channels maintenance and its implementation (including social media accounts & websites in terms of content & creative design) in coordination with COO & MarCom team.
- Support the maintenance and promotion of the company's brand identity across all marketing materials and communications cross-functionally.
- Assist in customer relations (CRM setup).
- Provide general administrative support to the MarComm team.
- May perform additional projects and tasks upon request.

**Requirements**:

- Based full time in Hanoi and able to travel to and work in an office environment.
- Proven interest in ESG-related topics.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to marketing, communications, sustainability or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail in writing, editing, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to proofread and ensure accuracy in communication materials in both English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

LinkPower đang tìm kiếm một thực tập sinh năng động, sẵn sàng áp dụng kiến thức về các quy trình và thực tiễn kinh doanh trong một công ty khởi nghiệp có nhịp độ nhanh, với trọng điểm là Truyền thông. Ở vị trí này, bạn sẽ là 1 phần của đội ngũ truyền thông và hỗ trợ Giám đốc Vận hành (COO) trong các nhiệm vụ đa dạng nhằm tăng cường tầm nhìn của tổ chức, quảng bá các thông điệp của doanh nghiệp và tương tác với các bên liên quan. Chương trình thực tập này mang lại kinh nghiệm thực tế quý báu trong lĩnh vực truyền thông, cung cấp cơ hội tiếp xúc với nhiều khía cạnh của ngành nghề.

**Nhiệm vụ**
- Chuẩn bị tài liệu tiếp thị và đề xuất cho nền tảng ESG Standard Gatherings (nền tảng đánh giá dấu chân carbon và các hoạt động tư vấn ESG).
- Triển khai kế hoạch truyền thông và tiếp thị (bao gồm các chiến dịch truyền thông trên mạng xã hội, tổ chức sự kiện, thu hút các bên liên quan) cho Villa A (không gian cộng đồng cho các hoạt động Artivist).
- Hỗ trợ bảo trì và triển khai các kênh truyền thông khác nhau (bao gồm tài khoản mạng xã hội và trang web về nội dung và thiết kế sáng tạo), phối hợp với COO & đội ngũ MarCom.
- Hỗ trợ bảo trì và quảng bá nhận dạng thương hiệu của công ty trên tất cả các tài liệu tiếp thị và truyền thông chức năng chéo.
- Hỗ trợ trong việc quan hệ khách hàng (thiết lập CRM).
- Hỗ trợ hành chính chung cho nhóm MarCom.
- Có thể thực hiện các dự án và nhiệm vụ bổ sung theo yêu cầu.

**Yêu cầu**
- Làm việc toàn thời gian tại văn phòng ở Hà Nội
- Có quan tâm đến các dự án ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)
- Đang học trong chương trình đào tạo liên quan đến truyền thông, quan hệ công chúng, báo chí, hoặc lĩnh vực tương đương.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Microsoft Office và các phần mềm liên quan khác.
- Kỹ năng tư duy phê phán và giải quyết vấn đề xuất sắc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng văn bản và nói tốt.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về các nền tảng mạng xã hội.
- Sẵn lòng học hỏi và thích ứng với môi trường làm việc nhanh.
- Có khả năng nhận hướng dẫn và làm việc một cách hợp tác trong nhóm.
- Chú ý đặc biệt đến chi tiết khi viết, biên tập, và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hành chính.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu và đảm bảo độ chính xác trong tài liệu truyền thông.
