- Achieve hotel marketing-communications objectives in Vietnam and in international markets
- Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in development, budgeting and execution of PR & marketing plans including promotional events
- Act as a principal hotel representative promoting hotel businesses through media channels, the local community, the customer base & Accor offices worldwide
- Manage hotel CSR (community) projects
- Manage via marketing team specialists - digital marketing projects including social media & web based content and initiatives, photography and design
- Ensure hotel collateral and all visual marketing and communications content adheres to brand standards and is effective
- Manage and lead the marketing and communications team including managing inter-departmental relationships
- Provide exemplary support to the hotel sales effort and to operational departments
- Provide creativity in developing MARCOM initiatives to improve business performance

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:

- Minimum 3 years experience and in-depth knowledge of marketing & communications preferably in luxury hotel or travel industry
- At least 1 year at managerial level with proven supervisory experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication/presentation skills
- Independent, sociable, energetic, presentable, creative with strong leadership
- Decision maker and influencer - public speaking is required
- Fluent written and spoken English is required, French is a plus
