Business Development Executive

Collaborate with leader to secure, retain, and grow accounts;
- Approach potential leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals with big & medium customers;
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; execute and maintain short
- and long
- term business development plans;
- Meeting all Quotas/KPIs for calls, appointments, pitches, sales, collecting payment, etc...
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets;
- Collaborate with Campaign Operation team to execute campaigns and ensure the best quality of service;
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction;
- Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues
- Participate training and coaching scheme
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events;
- Make sales reports and keep records of sales, revenue, database, invoice, liquidation,etc...;
- Understanding client needs and provide trustworthy feedback and after
- sales supports;
- Report to Business Development Manager
- Other requirements from your leader

Working time: 9:00- 18:00 from Monday to Friday

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Skills: Telesales Skills, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills, Negotiation Skills, Project Management Skills
- English (spoken & written) is required
- Having Social Media and Marketing knowledge is a good advantage
- Hard
- working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
- Have at least 1 year in the same level with proven sales records
