**Mô tả công việc**:

- Nhận brief dự án từ các bộ phận Account.
- Nhận các yêu cầu thực hiện dự án từ Quản lý dự.
- Khảo sát các địa điểm thực hiện activation/event và lên kế hoạch, ngân sách về địa điểm, nhân sự để thực hiện dự án.
- Phối hợp với Bộ phận Nhân sự tuyển dụng và huấn luyện đội ngũ nhân sự đạt chất lượng để triển khai dự án.
- Quản lý đội nhóm để triển khai dự án trên field đạt được yêu cầu đề ra: số lượng và chất lượng làm việc của PG/ Team leader/ POSM.
- Phối hợp với PM để tìm ra các giải pháp để dự án đạt được KPI tốt.
- Báo cáo các dự án đúng yêu cầu trên hệ thống và trên file.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng / Đại học.
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành quảng cáo.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục và thương lượng tốt.
- Kỹ năng quản lý tốt.
- Làm việc với áp lực cao và di chuyển liên tục.
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập và nhóm.
- Kỹ năng Office thành thạo.
