SENIOR SALES SUPERVISOR, INTERNATIONAL - HUHTAMAKI (VIETNAM) LTD

No 22, Street No.8, VSIP 1, Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus)

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Find and develop new clients
- Develop, and provide good solutions based on respective/new account requests.
- Study and capture information about customers, competitors and information industrial fields relating to the flexible packaging industry
- To execute all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing the highest quality products and complying with legal requirements”.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Be in charge of finding and developing new customers.
- Be responsible for leading sales staff to reach sales targets
- Drive dedicated sales turnover and dedicated accounts as an aligned budget
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coordinate with related departments to complete sales projects.
- Monitor the AR status of customers
- Make certain that the closing FG stocks are within the control limit.
- Work with the Sales Manager, International to develop sales strategies as well as the method for contacting customers.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Graduated from a comparable university.
- At least three years of experience at the same level in the packaging industry is required.
- Excellence in business development, and negotiation skills
- Have good analytical skills, good leadership abilities, results-oriented, and good customer service skills
- Capable of working in groups & under high pressure
- Have good communication skills, as well as reciprocal goodwill
- Good command of both the local and English languages, both spoken and written is preferable.
- Excellent management and organization skills.
