Sales Manager Lubricant

Promote the sale of General Industry/Specialty Lubricants through regular planned visits to customers and distributors.
- To successfully setup, develop and manage distributors and directly selling of General Industry/Specialty products to end customers.
- Maintain competitive information on price, credit terms, sales volume and market share, competitive marketing activity etc. to enable successful negotiation with customers and distributors.
- Receive and indent trials from customers, liaise with technical and customer services to ensure orders received are processed and delivered on time.
- Meet quarterly sales volume target set by the company and provide monthly volume forecast in line with quarterly volume target committed.
- Maintain and expand customer base by counselling salesman of distributors; build and maintain report with key customers and distributors; identify new customer opportunities.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in engineering (Mechanical/ Chemical is preferred).
- More than 5 years of experience preferably in selling high - end lubricants, machine tools or chemicals.
- Experience in conducting field trial of industry lubricants would be of advantage.
- Experience in Distributor Management with ability to motivate and manage distributor’s sales team.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and the local language.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
