**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 8 - 10 triệu VNĐ)
- Đề xuất sản phẩm, chương trình sale cho Livestream.
- Phối hợp mẫu Livestream tương tác với khách trong quá trình Livestream.
- Làm việc với agency để quản lý các Talents/KOL livestream trực tiếp hàng ngày trên nền tảng Tiktok shop để đảm bảo số lượng phiên và nhân tài cũng như KPI cho mỗi buổi phát trực tiếp.
- Hợp tác với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo việc thực hiện chương trình theo đúng kế hoạch.
- Theo dõi và giám sát hiệu quả kinh doanh và các kế hoạch đang thực hiện, báo cáo hàng tuần về hiệu quả kinh doanh và cập nhật các thông tin chi tiết.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công từ cấp trên

- Thời gian làm việc: Làm việc theo ca 8 tiếng (có thể luân phiên không cố định, ưu tiên các bạn có thể làm ca đêm)
- Được hưởng các chế phúc lợi theo quy định của công ty ( phép năm, bảo hiểm, du lịch, thưởng lễ, tăng lương năm/ lần, thưởng lương tháng 13 & 14）
- Du lịch 1 năm 1 lần, sinh nhật, lễ tết, hiếu hỷ,...
- Review lương 1 năm 1 lần

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp trung ,cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành: ngoại thương, kinh tế- thương mại, QTKD,
- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, nếu có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các trang thương mại điện tử: Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo, Tiktok hoặc công ty kinh doanh thương mại điện tử là một lợi thế
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Trung giao tiếp ( bắt buộc )
- MS Office: Excellent Excel, Word, PowerPoint,..
- Kỹ năng phân tích, lập kế hoạch
- Yêu thích kinh doanh, hiểu biết về thị trường thương mại điện tử là một lợi thế;
