**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 9 - 11 triệu VNĐ)
- Quản lý các kênh TikTok và TikTok Shop của công ty.
- Lên kế hoạch và triển khai chiến dịch Marketing trên Tiktok và TikTok shop;
- Lên kế hoạch và triển khai chiến dịch bán hàng trên TikTok shop.
- Sáng tạo nội dung, ý tưởng và cùng team Content sản xuất, quay, dựng Video trên Tiktok;
- Xử lý các vấn đề của gian hàng;
- Xây dựng và vận hành các Tiktok shop mới theo yêu cầu của công ty;
- Theo dõi và nắm được các chính sách của Tiktok và các hoạt động trên nền tảng Tiktok.
- Tìm kiếm, quản lý, sắp xếp, đánh giá đội Live stream của công ty.
- Phụ trách sắp xếp công việc liên quan đến đơn hàng, giao hàng, đội Live stream.
- Thực hiện các báo cáo và công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: 9 - 11 triệu
- Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, hòa đồng, nhiệt huyết.
- Thưởng % doanh thu từ kinh doanh.

- Địa điểm làm việc: 303 Quốc lộ 13, Phường Hiệp Bình Phước, TP. Thủ Đức, TP.HCM
- Giờ làm việc:

- Giờ làm việc: 8h00 - 17h00 (từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6), 8h00 - 12h00 (thứ bảy)
- Giờ nghỉ trưa: 12h00 - 13h00

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có hiểu biết nhất định về Tiktok. Am hiểu và thành thạo về Tiktok là lợi thế.
- Hiểu biết và có kỹ năng sử dụng các phần mềm chỉnh sửa, cắt ghép ảnh, video cơ bản.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và quản lý cửa hàng trên Tiktok shop và 1 trong các sàn thương mại điện tử: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...
- Kỹ năng xây dựng chiến lược quảng cáo trực tuyến, kế hoạch quảng cáo TikTok. Có kinh nghiệm chạy Ads đa nền tảng.
- Phù hợp với giá trị cốt lõi của công ty: Đạo đức, Vui vẻ, nhanh nhẹn, chủ động, linh hoạt và luôn đặt lợi ích chung lên trên.
- Nhanh nhẹn, ham học hỏi và lòng cầu tiến trong công việc, chịu khó cập nhật liên tục các tính năng mới của TikToK cũng như các ứng dụng liên quan đến công việc.
