- A. Reporting Line:

- Regional Finance Head

B. Key responsibilities:

- 1. Responsible for overall accounting and finance of the country.
- 2. Preparing Monthly Cost MIS and reporting to management.
- 3. Prepare Monthly MBR deck and presenting to management.
- 4. Managing cash flow of the country and developing a good relationship with the bankers.
- 5. Independently managing the tax audits, internal audits, statutory audits, and group financial audits.
- 6. Working with tax consultants in calculating the annual tax.
- 7. Working along with country head and supporting in sale budget, overhead budget.
- 8. Monthly reviewing the overheads and suggest areas of controlling costs.
- 9. Overseeing the branch operations.
- 10. Regularly meeting with customers to collect the overdue if any.
- 11. Supporting Head office in implementing the new projects both factory capex & IT capex.
- 12. Ensuring the intercompany balances are matched on monthly.
- 13. Monthly closing activities to be performed which involves posting depreciation, foreign currency revaluation, bank reconciliation and other closing activities.
- 14. Managing the working capital which involves reviewing the accounts receivable and inventory.
- 15. Working on reports which country head and other key personal will require on time-to-time basis.
- C. Experience:

- Minimum 5 -7 years of relevant professional work experience in related field
- D. Qualification:

- MBA/Professional Post-Graduation/ Post-graduation equivalent certification
- E. Technical skill requirement:

- Highly proficient, strong accounting knowledge and analytical/problem solving skills. Able to coach both finance and non-finance people on financial topics including budgeting & internal controls. Excellent knowledge of office suites of software (Microsoft Office) and SAP. Extremely detail oriented. Team player, collaborative with leadership Excellent planning and prioritization skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, and establish
- F. Key requirements:

- 1. Proficiency in English Language
- 2. SAP/ERP experience
- 3. Should be open to travel to meet customers and Bien Hoa factory
