**The opportunity**

This position is accountable for doing all transactions of Policy owner Service in compliance with guidelines and procedures effectively to meet the objectives of the Corporation and company goals. Thereby improving customer experience, increasing service and company brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and follow up policy change request/progress to ensure all requests are completed in time as procedure.
- Control quality, quantity, TAT, and backlog
- Contribute ideas to simplify procedure and enhance system.
- Co-ordination with other departments to handle special case and ad-hoc situation. Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by POS Manager

**What we are looking for**
- Accounting /Financial & Banking University degree, Insurance specialization is priority.
- Good in Vietnamese, fairly in English is referred.
- Analytical, meticulous, organized, and able to work under tight deadline and pressure.
- Highly committed and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask.
- Good initiative and team spirit. Knowledge in computer software and using computer system.
