**Mô tả công việc**:

Business Analysis:

- Tư vấn và trao đổi với khách hàng, đối tác thu thập và xác nhận các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, chức năng hệ thống.
- Thực hiện phân tích, tổng hợp thông tin phát triển các giải pháp đảm bảo đáp ứng được các yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, hệ thống.
- Lập các tài liệu mô tả, đặc tả yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, chức năng, kỹ thuật và thiết kế hệ thống
- Làm việc với khách hàng, đối tác để xác định cách thức triển khai hiệu quả các yêu cầu.
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ cho khách hàng/đối tác trong quá trình quản lý và thay đổi yêu cầu.
- Thực hiện tư vấn, ý kiến chuyên gia, hỗ trợ demo giải pháp tới khách hàng
- Thực hiện nghiên cứu khả thi các ứng dụng và giải pháp.
- Lập các kịch bản kiểm thử, hỗ trợ kiểm thử đảm bảo đáp ứng đúng và đủ các yêu cầu.
- Hỗ trợ trao đổi, giải thích yêu cầu, giải pháp với đội, nhóm nội bộ liên quan.
- Rà soát và đánh giá sản phẩm trước khi bàn giao cho khách hàng/đối tác.
- Hỗ trợ triển khai, đào tạo, chuyển giao hệ thống cho khách hàng/đối tác.
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng/đối tác khi hệ thống đưa vào sử dụng

System Knowledge:

- Tìm hiểu, nghiên cứu, đánh giá và đề xuất các giải pháp mới để hỗ trợ dự án, dịch vụ của bộ phận.
- Tham gia thực hiện các event/webinar Salesforce Technology.
- Các yêu cầu công việc khác do bộ phận, cấp quản lý chỉ đạo.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Yêu cầu bắt buộc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Hệ thống thông tin, Toán tin hoặc các chuyên ngành khác có liên quan
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về một trong các hệ thống e-Business, CRM, ERP.
- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh thành thạo. Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ ielts 7.0 or toeic 800
- Kỹ năng phân tích, thiết kế và khảo sát yêu cầu khách hàng, phân tích dữ liệu kinh doanh
- Kỹ năng viết tài liệu, vẽ sơ đồ, quy trình
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đềYêu cầu ưu tiên:

- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức về quy trình xây dựng phần mềm hoặc quản lý dự án là một lợi thế.
- Có các chứng chỉ, kinh nghiệm triển khai Salesforce là một lợi thế.
- Có hiểu biết cơ bản các kỹ thuật của Salesforce là một lợi thế như: AppExchange, Automation, Collaboration, Data management, Reports and dashboards, CRM, Platform, Sales and marketing,..
