**Job description**
- Working with customers, end users, and stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes, needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with clients and internal team to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
- Writing clear and concise business requirements for process and technology on Jira tickets.
- Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible on Jira tickets.
- Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
- Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements & activities.
- Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
- Supporting users for UAT.
- Creating manual guide for product and conducting demo to customers.

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must have**:

- At least three years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
- Experience with Software Project workflow such as Jira
- Good understanding of UI/UX (web and mobile) and the website development process.
- Proficiency in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in writing clear and concise business requirements for process and technology

**Nice to have**:

- Good in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Sketch.
- Having understanding and experience in MySQL and popular programming languages and frameworks like PHP, Wordpress,Shopify.
