Financial Controller, Vng Solutions

**Forecasting/Planning and budget controlling**:

- Support the financial planning process by gathering information from various departments
- Analyze financial data to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts
- Reconciling actual results with forecasts, offering analysis and explanations for variances
- Monitor project expenses against budgeted amounts, identifying and addressing any budget overruns
- Track completion progress, costs, revenue, and project cash flows. Conduct detailed cost analysis and gross margin reviews for projects

**Financial Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators
- Analyze costs and profits, proposing improvements and optimization solutions
- Supporting the construction of an automated dashboard system to effectively monitor key criteria on profit and loss statements and cashflow
- Constructing profit and loss as well as cash flow scenarios to support the business's strategic decision-making

**Business partnering and cross-functional collaboration**:

- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to comprehend the broader business context and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business team and finance
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic initiatives
- Proactively engage in discussions with business leaders to identify opportunities for financial optimization and process improvement

**Others**:

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of systems and processes related to FP&A to ensure effectiveness and flexibility
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager as needed

**Yêu cầu**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 7 years of working experience in project financial analysis, preferably within a project-based industry

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex project data and trends
- Proficient in financial modeling and project P&L monitoring
- Ability to analyze complexity and provide effective solutions
- Attention to detail and the ability to work closely with numerical data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems and business intelligence tools
- Experience in effectively dealing with multiple stakeholders

**Communication and Teamwork Skills**:

- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
