The Role

We are looking for a Content Production Coordinator to handle the daily production of various types of content on different platforms, create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, and collaborate with key business executives and stakeholders to drive full content marketing solutions for brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare, setup, and develop high-quality content (livestream, video, product-promotion script,...) to drive engagement, increase followers base, and create sales opportunities
- Collaborate with Commercial Key Account Management, Clients, Platform Partners, and other Vendor Partners for planning and implementing Livestream and Video production as aligned with brands
- Ensure successful delivery of our marketing content solutions per clients' needs and objectives with regard to both clients' budget and performance target
- Measure the effectiveness of the produced content, evaluate and report accordingly to brands
- Identify and manage KOLs/KOCs and freelance creators per needs of different projects as well as develop our network talent ( in-house, freelancers, and booking via vendors)
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all content production-related matters including daily communication to respond to clients in a timely manner
- Handle inquiries and requests from brands while providing assistance with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Consolidate payment and different working documents to comply with internal processes and ensure the collection of revenue from contracted services
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

Who we look for - the ideal profile:

- Preferably 2+ years (digital) marketing / social media marketing experience working with brands, or a marketing role in a social media agency
- Ability to create compelling & trendy content ideas, organize and handle Tiktok livestream with regards to studio setup, coordination, and reporting.
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), various content creation tools on these platforms, and their success metrics
- Proficiency in content planning & production
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Availability during out-of-business working hours to attend livestream production per the schedule agreed with brands as part of your standard scope of work
- Expected onsite availability for 3 days/week on average at either company or in-house studio
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced client-driven start-up and ecommerce environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Can-do attitude, Teamwork, Service-centric
- Honest, willing to learn, proactive in solving problems and delivering the KPIs
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
