Report to: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented (Senior) Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships with enterprise merchants in Vietnam. This position requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, exceptional sales skills, and a passion for driving business growth.

Job Role

What you will working on:

- Identify and target potential merchants in Vietnam, focusing on key industries such as retail, and e-commerce.
- Develop a comprehensive business development strategy to engage with enterprise merchants, increase market penetration, and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, understanding their business needs, pain points, and opportunities for collaboration.

- Negotiate partnership agreements with enterprise merchants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, operations and engineering team, to ensure successful onboarding and integration onto the Fundiin platform.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to the management team.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
What you will need:

- Be smart, hungry, and focused
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- From 2 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with enterprise merchants at various levels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights to inform business development strategies.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
