As a Business Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to group guidelines, directives, messages and in the frame of an approved budget. Reporting to Local Business Area Manager, you will be overseeing work provided by internal or external resources. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Proposing and implementing communication plans validated by Marketing Communications Manager/line managers and restricted by the relevant budget
- Generating leads via advertising, sponsorship and other promotional activities, using the web as a hub for integrated marketing communications
- Developing creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines
- Organizing events and exhibitions to increase corporate image and to support business
- Managing relationship with assigned trade media, customers and public associations. Writing and editing promotional materials for use in various media
- Managing the creation, production and publications of brochures, catalogues and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches
- Maintaining a positive and integrated network in internal and external communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
- A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
