**About the Department**

The Wholesale Bank function operates a dynamic business model that provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier-provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (small medium enterprises), large corporations, financial institutions as well as multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with specialised teams across Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets and Group Retail to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow polices on AML/ CFT required for customers (individual/non-individual) for daily tasks relating to name screening.
- Involve the clearance, investigation and further escalation of various high-risk triggers such as PEPs, negative media hits, and other factors based on research due diligence.
- Ensure all AML risk issues have been assessed and identified and approvals have been obtained.
- Ensure data accuracy in systems and documents.
- Be up-to-date with anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing and related regulations, policies and procedures.
- Identify and escalate any red flags and potential risks as well as operational issues and improvements to supervisor.
- General administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities (e.g., management reporting, test of controls, scanning and archiving etc.)
- Perform other duties or special projects as required by supervisor.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Banking, KYC and AML solutions
- 1 year working experience in KYC/CDD with sound knowledge and ability to perform KYC, including AML / sanction risk assessment, CDD documentation check, name screening, etc..
- Proficient in MS office - Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Honesty, meticulous, analytical, self-starter, performance driven and committed to results
- Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
- Good command of English and strong documentation skills to clearly articulate assessments
