(Mức lương: 7 - 8 triệu VNĐ)
+ Payable/Thanh toán
- Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm tra, xử lý và thanh toán kịp thời tất cả các khoản phải trả của khách sạn, chuẩn bị các phân tích chi phí nhất định cũng như các báo cáo và thông tin khác, đồng thời duy trì việc lưu trữ hồ sơ Tài khoản thanh toán hợp lý.
- Kế toán thanh toán phải thiết lập một hệ thống Tài khoản thanh toán hiệu quả, đảm bảo rằng các chính sách và thủ tục liên quan đến ví dụ: việc mua hàng, nhận và lưu trữ các chứng từ, v.v. đều được tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt.
- Thiết lập luồng thông tin kịp thời đến kế toán trưởngvềcác vấn đềliên quan đến tài khoản thanh toán, tức là tuân thủcác chính sách và thủtục liên quan, phân tích tuổi nợ tài khoản phải trảvà chuyển động của nó so với tháng trước.
- Thiết lập một hệ thống lưu trữphù hợp, cho phép dễdàng cung cấp các tài liệu cần thiết cho thuế, mục đích kiểm toán và tham khảo, v.v.
- Thành thạo bảng kếtoán khách sạn đểđảm bảo hạch toán, phân bổchi phí hợp lý.
- Xem xét và kiểm tra tất cảcác hóa đơn, đối chiếu chúng với các đơn đặt hàng và phiếu nhận hàng, thực hiện kiểm tra và xác minh giá cả, các khoản gia hạn và bổsung trên tất cảcác hóa đơn, bao gồm cảviệc kiểm tra đối chiếu với báo giá của nhà cung cấp được chấp nhận.
- Chuẩn bị các chứng từ, bao gồm phân bổchi phí cho tất cảcác hóa đơn vàbáo ghi cócủa nhà cung cấp.
- Cân đối/đối chiếu báo cáo hàng tháng của Nhà cung cấp với hồsơtài khoản phải trảcủa khách sạn.
- Chuẩn bị và cân đối sổsách chứng từhàng tháng.
- Thực hiện việc đối chiếu ngân hàng hàng tháng..
- Làm báo cáo hằng ngày, hàng tuần
- Thực hiện chốt công nợ cuối tháng theo yêu cầu.

+ Cost controll /Chi phí
- Thực hiện và thiết lập hệ thống Kiểm soát chi phí và doanh thu liên quan đến bán hàng F&B và Chi phí và các bộ phận khác
- Kiểm tra giá của hàng hóa đã mua. Đối với việc mua hàng thường xuyên, hãy so sánh giá trên báo giá, bảng giá do Trưởng phòng mua hàng đưa ra và giá lấy từ các nhà cung cấp khác
- Vào cuối tháng, đối chiếu lượng đồ uống tiêu thụ dựa trên số lượng thực tế và Báo cáo bán hàng để lập Phiếu tiêu thụ đồ uống cho tất cả các kho
- Đối chiếu kho tiện nghi, kho hóa chất, kho văn phòng phẩm, kho bảo trì, hàng hóa miễn phí của dịch vụ dọn phòng dựa trên số lượng thực tế. Lập phiếu tiêu thụ phát hành và nộp cho Kế toán trưởng vào cuối tháng
- Kiểm kê cuối tháng
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Kế toán trưởng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ưu tiên có chứng chỉ hoặc bằng cấp về ngành khách sạn hoặc tương đương.
- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm liên quan đến khách sạn.
- Đã có kinh nghiệm làm Kế toán công nợ, chi phí hoặc vị trí liên quan.
- Kỹ năng CNTT: Word, Excel, Outlook, Phần mềm Smile
- Khảnăng làm việc nhóm
- Giao tiếp rõ ràng và hiệu quả.
- Linh hoạt trong mọi ứng dụng Microsoft Office
- Chuyên nghiệp và lịch sự, thái độlàm việc tốt.
