JOB PURPOSE:
Thực hiện nhiệm vụ kế toán thanh toán & công nợ và đảm bảo chứng từ liên quan đến việc chi trả đạt hiệu quả cao đúng theo quy định của công ty và luật thuế Việt Nam.Perform payment and liability accounting tasks, ensure that all documents relating to effective payment are in accordance with Company policy and Vietnam tax laws.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Kế toán tiền mặt/ Cash accounting

Kiểm tra chứng từ lập phiếu thu, phiếu chi. Đối chiếu tồn quỹ cuối ngày với thủ quỹ. Theo dõi và quản lý chứng từ thu chi.Checking up receipt documents and expenditure notes, reconciling of fund balance at the end of day with treasurer, tracking receipts and expenses management.

Kế toán tiền gửi ngân hàng/
Bank deposit accounting

Theo dõi tình hình trả tiền của khách hàng và thông báo cho bộ phận kinh doanh.Follow up customers’ payment status to inform sales department.

Kiểm tra sự hợp lý, hợp lệ của chứng từ trước khi thanh toán, lập kế hoạch làm lệnh chuyển tiền thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước theo đúng hạn. Tiếp xúc với ngân hàng, làm hồ sơ mua ngoại tệ để thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp nước ngoài.Verify justifiability and validity of payable accounts; schedule money transfer for internal and external suppliers. Liaison with banks in purchasing foreign currencies for payment.
Hạch toán các khoản chênh lệch tỷ giá khi có nghiệp vụ mua bán ngoại tệ phát sinh. Đánh giá chênh lệch tỷ giá cuối năm theo tỷ giá bình quân liên ngân hàng.Record exchange rate Đảm bảo khách hàng thanh toán đúng thời hạn và công ty không có khoản nợ xấu nào.when currency transactions arise. Evaluate exchange rate according to interbank average rate.
Hạch toán vào phần mềm kế toán các nghiệp vụ phát sinh liên quan đến tiền và các tài khoản đối ứng, in sổ và đóng chứng từ cuối mỗi tháng. Báo cáo số dư tiền gửi ngân hàng vào cuối mỗi tuần cho Kế Toán Tổng Hợp.Record arising transactions related to cash and reciprocal accounts on accounting system; print ledger and collect documents at the end of each month. Conduct report on bank deposits at the end of each week to General Accountant.
Làm việc với nhân viên ngân hàng trả nợ vay, lãi vay, chuyển tiền thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp, nhận sổ phụ.Work with banker on debts, loan interest, money transferred to supplier, bank reconciliation.

Đảm bảo việc thanh toán cho các hóa đơn đầu vào đúng theo nội dung quy định của công ty và của cục thuế ban hành.Ensure all payments for invoices in accordance with the provisions of the company and regulations issued by the Department of Taxation.

Đảm bảo thu hồi công nợ kịp thời, tránh nợ xấuEnsure timely collection and advoid bad debts.
Đảm báo việc thanh toán cho khách hàng, đối tác, nhà cung cấp đúng thời hạn cho phép theo hợp đồng nhằm đảm bảo lưu lượng tiền mặt và nâng cao lãi suất.Ensure payment for customers, partners, suppliers on the time allowed in the contract in order to ensure the cash flow and improve interest rates.

Kế toán thanh toán nội bộ/
Internal payment accounting

Theo dõi tạm ứng, kiểm tra, kiểm soát tính hợp lý hợp lệ của chứng từ thanh toán. Theo dõi chi tiết và đôn đốc thanh toán tạm ứng.Monitoring advances, inspecting, and controlling validity of payment voucher; following up and pushing advances settlement.

Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng ngành Tài chính kế toán, kiểm toán.College degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing

KINH NGHIỆM/
EXPERIENCES:
Có 3- 5 năm kinh nghiệm.3- 5 years’ experience.
Hiểu biết về nghiệp vụ kế toán, chế độ kế toán.Having knowledge of accounting activities, accounting policy
