PLAYSTUDIOS is seeking an Associate Payable Accountant for the Global Finance team in our Hanoi studio. This position will assist the US-based Corporate Accounting team with the processing of accounts payable for each of our studios based in the Americas (United States + Latin America), and report to the Global Accounting Services Lead.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand and ensure that employees are following procurement policies.
- Train and guide employees and vendors on utilizing Coupa for the procure-to-pay process.
- Set up and maintain vendor master files in NetSuite and Coupa.
- Organize and maintain accounts payable by the shared mailbox, and files, including paper and electronic invoices.
- Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders (PO) in a timely manner.
- Ensure non-PO invoices entered are coded accurately and routed for approval in a timely manner.
- Review and update coding for all credit card transactions and employee expense reimbursements in Coupa.
- Reconcile vendor statements, investigate, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Deliver dependable customer service to both employees and vendors.
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Must-have**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 01 year of accounts payable experience.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate integrity and exercises discretion in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrate professionalism when interacting with employees and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Coupa and Coupa Treasury, or other Procure-to-Pay software.
- Experience with BlackLine for tasks and account reconciliations.
