- Define product strategy/roadmap by understanding markets, competition, user needs in depth
- Conduct market and customer research to identify potential features or releases.
- Manage the roadmap, prioritize product opportunities, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals.
- Understand and follow POS(Sales Management Software) industry trends and bring new ideas
- Maintain and update existing product features.
- Produce high-level product requirements, iterate with your design and engineering teams.
- Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data, and support, and a coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment.
- Write specifications for new features
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature.
- Work collaboratively with Strategy, Sales & Marketing, UX, Technology and other cross-functional team to launch new products and features
- Suggest technical possibilities
- Taking technical decisions with the functional flows.
- Project management as required to ensure product is delivered on time, within budget and work scope
- Be able to perform product owner role of scrum team to ensure the delivery by sprint/release
- Facilitate workshops, meetings between stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications
- Provide product ownership of service, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the key metrics of ongoing product
- Create training process & supervise on-site staff about the POS(Sales Management Software) and other digital tools (make sure all products are working well, supervise troubleshooting, market the product to the end users).
- Work with the POS(Sales Management Software) provider to maintain the system.
- Run and optimize the reporting process for broken device replacement (reporting, replacement).
- Work with vendors, IT teams, and retail during technical issues and problems resolution.
- Draft instructions and frequently asked questions for end users.
- Improve user Experience
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Technical background especially in POS(Sales Management Software) will be a plus.
- Familiar with local rules, guidelines, and regulations of banking services
- 3-5 years’ experience in SME product management and market strategy
- Relevant experience in a Financial Services/Fintech Company, especially in the SME market segments.
- Well-versed with the product in the Vietnamese Market.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
- High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and able to work independently.
- High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results.
- Good organizing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
