**MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC**

Thấu hiểu khách hàng, hành trình khách hàng và các điểm chạm để tìm kiếm những insight “sự thật ngầm hiểu” tạo ra giá trị trong việc xây dựng và phát triển sản phẩm/ các giải pháp nhằm góp phần vào mục đích kinh doanh chung của toàn công ty.

**TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC CHÍNH**

**1. Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện chiến lược trải nghiệm khách hàng (Tỷ trọng công việc: 20%)**
- Phát Triển Chiến Lược Trải Nghiệm Khách Hàng: lập kế hoạch chiến lược dài hạn để nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng, bao gồm việc thiết lập mục tiêu cụ thể và đo lường hiệu quả.
- Thiết Kế và Triển Khai Sáng Kiến Cải Thiện: Phát triển và thực hiện các sáng kiến mới như cải thiện quy trình dịch vụ, nâng cấp trải nghiệm số, và tăng cường tương tác cá nhân hóa.
- Thực hiện các dự án qualitative từ set up/xây dựng discussion guideline và báo cáo phục vụ mục tiêu doanh nghiệp
- Phân tích dữ liệu bằng kỹ thuật thống kê và công cụ trực quan hóa dữ liệu để xác định xu hướng, mô hình và mối tương quan liên quan đến hành vi của khách hàng;
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để chuyển những hiểu biết thành các đề xuất có thể thực hiện
- Phát triển các báo cáo, dashboard để truyền đạt kết quả nghiên cứu và đề xuất cho các bên liên quan
- Luôn cập nhật các phương pháp mới trong nghiên cứu và phân tích về khách hàng
- Hợp tác chặt chẽ với đội ngũ phân tích dữ liệu nội bộ để đảm bảo chất lượng, độ chính xác và tính toàn vẹn của dữ liệu

**2. Phân tích và đánh giá trải nghiệm khách hàng (Tỷ trọng công việc: 30%)**
- Thực hiện các dự án qualitative từ set up/xây dựng discussion guideline và báo cáo phục vụ mục tiêu doanh nghiệp
- Phân tích dữ liệu bằng kỹ thuật thống kê và công cụ trực quan hóa dữ liệu để xác định xu hướng, mô hình và mối tương quan liên quan đến hành vi của khách hàng;
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để chuyển những hiểu biết thành các đề xuất có thể thực hiện
- Phát triển các báo cáo, dashboard để truyền đạt kết quả nghiên cứu và đề xuất cho các bên liên quan
- Luôn cập nhật các phương pháp mới trong nghiên cứu và phân tích về khách hàng

**3. Chia sẻ kiến thức, học hỏi với các bộ phận phòng ban khác (Tỷ trọng công việc: 30%)**
- Chia sẻ, trình bày kết quả dự án với những phòng ban/ bộ phận liên quan
- Thu thập, nắm bắt các thông tin từ thị trường/ các báo cáo trên thị trường để thực hiện báo cáo desk research theo quý/ năm
- Chủ động liên hệ với các phòng ban để cập nhật kiến thức, các quy định/chính sách mới, tình hình thị trường góp phần bắt nhịp và ứng dụng những thay đổi vào các phân tích/kế hoạch tương ứng

**4. Đóng góp vào các hoạt động đổi mới nâng cấp vận hành/ dịch vụ và phát triển sản phẩm mới/ tìm kiếm thị trường tiềm năng của công ty (Tỷ trọng công việc: 20%)**
- Tham gia và chủ động đề xuất ý kiến trong các cuộc họp lập kế hoạch, rà soát và đánh giá dự án hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng và hàng quý nội bộ phòng ban
- Đối với các dự án/ chương trình bao gồm nhiều bộ phận: Phối hợp cùng với các phòng ban khác để để xuất phương án/ thực hiện các phương án/thị trường tiềm năng để đóng góp vào sự phát triển chung của công ty

**KIẾN THỨC**
- Tốt nghiệp cử nhân chuyên ngành Marketing, Kinh doanh hoặc Quản trị kinh doanh, Truyền thông hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.

**KINH NGHIỆM**
- Có ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm nghiên cứu thị trường/ consumer insight (2 năm agency
- mảng qualitative + 2 năm client side)
- Có kinh nghiệm chuyên môn ở trải nghiệm khách hàng, logistic là một lợi thế

**KỸ NĂNG**
- Kỹ năng lắng nghe và nhận diện insight/vấn đề
- Kỹ năng tổng hợp thông tin từ nhiều nguồn
- Kỹ năng xử lý/ phân tích/giải thích dữ liệu
