**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Lên kế hoạch nội dung theo tuần/ tháng/ Quý phát triển kênh Tik tok của công ty.
- Đưa ra ý tưởng video Tik tok, chuyển thể ý tưởng thành kịch bản quay dựng chi tiết & voice cho các tuyến nội dung trên Tiktok.
- Đề xuất và làm việc với các KOLs phù hợp với định hướng thương hiệu và chiến dịch MKT.
- Quản lý chất lượng nội dung kênh, thường xuyên đưa ra các ý tưởng mới, sáng kiến mới để phát triển kênh theo mục tiêu công ty đề ra,
- Thực hiện triển khai các nội dung MKT khác theo phân công của quản lý.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Mức lương: thỏa thuận trong lúc Phỏng Vấn;
- Lương tháng 13, thưởng lễ Tết, 20/10, 8/3, sinh nhật,
- Làm việc trong môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, có cơ hội học hỏi và phát triển;
- Thời gian làm việc: từ 8h00 - 12h00, chiều 13h00 - 17h00 từ thứ 2 - thứ 7. Nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng từ 12h00 - 13h00.
- Được hưởng các phúc lợi của Công Ty như: BHXH, BHYT;
**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có kinh nghiệm làm nội dung Tik tok (Có link show các sản phẩm đã làm).
- Có hiểu biết và yêu thích sáng tạo, thích viết lách, biên kịch, nhiều ý tưởng mới.
- Hoạt ngôn, không ngại diễn xuất, lên hình.
- Khả năng quản lý, sắp xếp công việc khoa học.
- Khả năng xử lý khối lượng công việc đáp ứng deadline.
- Khả năng viết nội dung & tư duy hình ảnh tốt.
- Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, nói năng lưu loát, hoạt ngôn.
- Đam mê khai phá các nội dung mới trên Tik Tok
