- Maintain positive customer relationships through responsiveness and ownership of customer situations, including regular on-site visits.

- Collaborate with the Sales team and support their success in machine, software upgrade, and other sales.
- Provide customer support through diligent telephone follow-up to maximize satisfaction and potential service.
- Maintain and develop the customer database, inputting information related to service and support agreements.
- Play a lead role in selling new products, such as software, calibration, service, and technical support.
- Process orders for parts, update shipment schedules in the order database, and liaise with customers and freight forwarders.
- Assist with inventory management, order entry for service parts, invoicing, and preparation of shipping documents. Additionally, support in chasing Account Receivables and updating calibration reports.

**Experience requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of service products, including service agreements and customer training programs, along with a strong understanding of the target markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a customer support environment.
- Ability to foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes responsiveness and emphasizes a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team to provide a unified response to customer service needs.

**Education requirements**:

- Technical/ engineering degree
