- _KKV tích hợp đa dạng các sản phẩm đời sống tinh tế như _**_thiết yếu phẩm hàng ngày, văn phòng phẩm, chăm sóc da, trang điểm, thời trang.._**_. trong một không gian rộng từ 300 đến 3.500m2. _**_Với hơn 20.000 SKU_**_ bao gồm cả thương hiệu nhập khẩu và thương hiệu nội địa mới thời thượng, KKV tạo ra một phong cách sống tinh tế hơn cho Thế hệ Gen Z._
- _Với giá trị cao, mức độ phổ biến và doanh số bán hàng, KKV đã trở thành một hiện tượng mới nổi và là một thương hiệu bán lẻ được nhiều người yêu thích. Hiện tại, có gần 360 cửa hàng KKV, chủ yếu tọa lạc tại các trung tâm mua sắm ở các thành phố lớn trên khắp Trung Quốc và nhiều cửa hàng KKV thế hệ thứ hai sẽ có mặt tại nhiều thành phố lớn tại _**_Trung Quốc, Indonesia, Malaysia, Việt Nam, Thái Lan, Philippines và toàn cầu trong tương lai._**
- _Năm 2024, các cửa hàng đầu tiên của KKV sẽ đặt chân tại các trung tâm thương mại lớn ở _**_HCM và Hà Nội._**

**[Mô tả công việc]**

**1. **Quản lý doanh số**:

- Hiểu và đạt được mục tiêu bán hàng hàng tháng, hỗ trợ hoạt động bán hàng một cách hiệu quả.

**2. **Quản lý cửa hàng**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm về quy trình mở/ đóng của hàng mỗi ngày;
- Đảm bảo duy trì cửa hàng (sạch sẽ, trưng bày hàng hóa đầy đủ trên kệ, bảo trì trưng bày kệ) và xử lý phản hồi thông tin tại chỗ.

**3. **Quản lý sản phẩm**:

- Quản lý sản phẩm ra vào kho, quản lý tồn kho, kiểm tra ngày hết hạn/ hạn sử dụng của sản phẩm, xử lý lỗi sản phẩm và xử lý các gói dùng thử/ mẫu thử.

**4. **Quản lý dịch vụ**:

- Đảm bảo quy trình chăm sóc khách hàng, thu ngân /check-out cho khách hàng;
- Xử lý các khiếu nại của khách hàng kịp thời.

**5. **Quản lý trưng bày sản phẩm**:

- Nắm các quy trình/ quy chuẩn trưng bày sản phẩm và thực hiện điều chỉnh.

**6. **Quản lý vận hành**:

- Đảm bảo về việc tránh mất mát tài sản/ hàng hóa và an ninh cửa hàng;
- Đảm bảo về việc thu ngân hàng ngày (tiền mặt);
- Đảm bảo tính chính xác của hóa đơn/ biên lai và thu ngân.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- **Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong mảng bán lẻ/ Thời trang/ Siêu thị/ Trung tâm thương mại;**
- Ngoại hình dễ nhìn, kỹ năng giao tiếp/ chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, trách nhiệm;
- Có thể làm việc theo ca (Tùy theo lịch làm việc của cửa hàng);
- Có tư duy dịch vụ tốt, sử dụng được các công cụ máy tính cơ bản;
- **Làm việc toàn thời gian**: Xoay ca 8 giờ/ ngày, **6 ngày/ tuần** (Không nghỉ T7, CN, Lễ):
+ Ca 1: 8h30 - 17h

+ Ca 2: 12h - 20h30

+ Ca 3: 14h - 22h30
