:
Quản lý nội dung kênh social của Công ty.
Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các bài đăng cho các kênh Social của Công ty hàng ngày.
Tìm kiếm các streamer tham gia vào network của Công ty.
Duy trì tương tác/tăng trưởng hàng tháng cho các kênh Social của Công ty.
Duy trì và phát triển kênh Tiktok.
Phối hợp thực hiện phát triển Fanpage.
Phối hợp sản xuất nội dung trên Tiktok.
Lập mục tiêu, lên ý tưởng chiến dịch nội dung Tiktok phù hợp mục tiêu công ty.
Nghiên cứu trending trên Tiktok áp dụng vào xây dựng ý tưởng, kịch bản.
Chuẩn bị kế hoạch sản xuất/ghi hình.
Phối hợp cùng nhân viên quay dựng để hoàn chỉnh video.
**2. Yêu cầu**:
Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan.
Có 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
ƯU TIÊN ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành truyền thông, giải trí, và các nền tảng MXH, đặc biệt có thể mạnh làm việc trên nền tảng tiktok.
Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng streamer, KOL, KOC.
Biết tiếng Trung là 1 lợi thế.
Các kỹ năng liên quan có thể phục vụ tốt cho công việc.
**Thời gian làm việc**: Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu: 9h00 - 18h00 (Nghỉ trưa từ 12h00 - 13h00).

Mức lương cạnh tranh.
Các chế độ ngày phép năm, BHXH theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành.

Được khẳng định và công nhận năng lực của bản thân (Thưởng, bằng khen hàng tháng, quý, năm).
