In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Affiliate Operation Support:

- Collaborate with the team to design and execute projects and materials that nurture and develop E-commerce creators.
- Support preparing and designing materials, call-to-action content and banners as brief.
- Involve in planning and execution of Massive creator policy, effectively leveraging TikTok Shop channels and tools.
- Assist in identifying relevant brands and products for creators to promote.
- Set up voucher/visibility/traffic tools to deliver project results.
- Set up tool & Co-host online & offline education progam
- Data-Driven Insights:

- Support basic data collection. Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to optimize creator growth strategies.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in ad-hoc research to provide creator insights with actionable suggestions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Partner with cross-functional teams (including marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and drive results.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student with commitment to 5 working days per week for at least 3 months;
- Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and E-commerce.
- Self-motivation to deliver tasks at best results as desirable timelines.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical/Data visualization tool is a plus
- Preferably major in Economics & Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration
- Ability to use design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Canva,)
