**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 15 - 30 triệu VNĐ)
- Phân tích thị trường, xác định mục tiêu, đối thủ cạnh tranh và xu hướng Tiktok tại các thị trường US, UK,... để xây dựng chiến lược Marketing cho LO và các đối tác nhằm mục đích branding và push sale theo từng giai đoạn.
- Lên ý tưởng và triển khai các chiến dịch sáng tạo, hiệu quả trên Tiktok, bao gồm các video ngắn, livestream, hợp tác với influencer, v.v.
- Tối ưu hóa chiến dịch Tiktok dựa trên dữ liệu và hiệu suất.
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo và huấn luyện đội ngũ Marketing Tiktok.
- Xây dựng KPI, khen thưởng và giám sát thành viên trong team.
- Quản lý ngân sách phòng Marketing
- Gặp gỡ khách hàng, đối tác.
- Báo cáo hiệu quả của các chiến dịch Tiktok cho ban lãnh đạo và các bên liên quan.
- Tham gia vào các hoạt động khác liên quan đến Marketing theo sự chỉ đạo của BOD.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương: không giới hạn, từ 15 - 30tr + lương KPI + %
- Thưởng lương tháng 13 và thưởng cuối năm.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong Marketing Online, branding or Thương Mại Điện Tử
- Am hiểu về kiến thức marketing trên nền tảng TIKTOK và xây dựng thương hiệu.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai về các kênh digital marketing SEM, SEO, Google adwords, Facebook ads, social media...để tham mưu Giám đốc.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm, ham học hỏi, năng động & sáng tạo trong công việc.
- Sử dụng thành thạo công cụ văn phòng.
- Tiếng Anh: Giao tiếp tốt
