JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC

Idea Generation & Content Planning/
_Sáng tạo ý tưởng và hoạch định nội dung:_
- Understand the nature of life insurance and its meaning in family context i.e. life insurance’s target audience, understand the insights of target audience and have a strong sense of content trend on social media to develop different content ideas (from ideas to format of executions) to serve different purposes (branding, product need story, recruitment story etc..)
- Hiểu về ý nghĩa ngành bảo hiểm nhân thọ (BHNT) trong câu chuyện các mối quan hệ gia đình (là nhóm khách hàng chính của BHNT), hiểu và trích xuât được những insight từ nhóm khách hang này cùng độ nhạy về xu hướng nội dung trên social để phát triển những nội dung (từ câu chuyện đến format kể chuyện) để đáp ứng các mục đích khác nhau_
- Participate in the development of given concepts or creation of new concepts which can be translated correctly and effectively into different sets of visual/ contents to answer given objectives.
- Tham gia vào quá trình đưa ra ý tưởng có sẵn hoặc các ý tưởng hoàn toàn mới được thể hiện đúng, hiệu quả thông quá các hình thức từ hình ảnh chủ đạo tới các nội dung để trả lời mục tiêu của dự án đã được đưa ra trước đó_
- Develop social content plans based on concepts (for both owned & paid channels i.e. FBFP, ITG, YT, Zalo, influencer’s KOL’s channels, community/ hotpage etc )
- Xây dựng kế hoạch nội dung cho các kênh social, dựa trên ý tưởng ban đầu (từ kênh social của Prudential như FBFP, ITG, YT, Zalo đến kênh social của KOLs/ Influencer, community/ hotpage etc._
- Be able to diversify the content formats (from commercial, to short movie, web drama etc..) and target segments, and always seek for new ways to execute the content to keep it relevant/fresh in the digital world
- Có khả năng sáng tạo nội dung thông qua các hình thức thể hiện khác nhau (từ quảng cáo, phim ngắn, phim truyền hình etc..), các mối quan hệ khách hàng khác nhau trong gia đình và luôn tìm tòi cách thức thực hiện nội dung mới lạ để luôn tạo được sự mới mẻ, hấp dẫn trên môi trường mạng xã hội_

Content Implementation
_/ Sản xuất và thực hiện nội dụng:_
- Based on the ideas and the content strategies for specific channels, manage & supervise team members to develop content plans
- Dựa trên ý tưởng và định hướng nội dung cho các kênh truyền thông, quản lý và hướng dẫn cấp dưới phát triển nội dung theo đúng ý tưởng_
- Manage and supervise team members to work closely with design team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept and demonstrate the right mood and tone of the content

- Làm việc cùng đội ngũ thiết kế để đảm bảo các thành phẩm truyền tải đúng nội dung và ý tưởng._
- In collaboration with project management team, work closely with 3rd party (production, social media agency, etc ) to ensure the right content and quality is implemented within timeline
- Cùng nhóm quản lý dự án phát triển và quản lý sản xuất nội dung đúng định hướng với chất lượng tốt nhất trong khoảng thời gian cho phép_

Experience

- At least 4-6 years of experience in similar role in agency or client side is required
- Ít nhất 4-6 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò tương tự ở công ty quảng cáo hoặc nhãn hàng khác_
- Experience in ideation and content planning in different area of content from commercial writing to web drama, viral clip or different social content pillar.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực sự trong việc phát triển, sáng tạo ý tưởng và kế hoạch nôi dung bao gồm các loại hình nội dung khác nhau từ nội dung quảng cáo, nội dung phim truyền hình, phim ngắn hoặc các nội dung trên mạng xã hội tạo trend_
