**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our marketing team. The Content Creation and Management Intern will play a crucial role in producing engaging content and supporting the smooth execution of marketing initiatives across various platforms. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about content creation, social media, and project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Content Creation (60%):

- Creative Ideation and Collaboration: Contribute innovative ideas for content creation. Collaborate closely with the design team to produce creative products, including content that complements visual elements and effectively delivers relevant messages.
- Writing for Diverse Audiences: Develop content tailored to various audiences for social media platforms, ensuring each piece is engaging and relevant.
- Team Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions with other members of the creative team to generate compelling visual and content ideas.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring content ideas are fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Management (40%):

- Internal and External Coordination: Support communication and coordination with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, production houses) to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Social Media Channel Management: Assist in managing all marketing-owned social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok). Tasks include airing content, interacting with users, and quality control of materials produced by stakeholders before scheduling.
- Project Support: Provide support for other marketing projects involving operations and activities related to social media.
- Content Calendar Planning and Management: Aid in planning and managing the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent content delivery across all platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of visual content creation tools and software is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
