**ABOUT PMAX ACADEMY**:
**OBJECTIVES**:
We are looking for an experienced content marketer with passion in **Education & Digital Marketing**. The main purpose of the role is to build & implement content strategy across all channels that achieve business objectives and resonate with customers.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Content strategy & planning (20%)**
- Market research to understand industry, competitors, and customer
- Synthesize insights to build buyer personas and combine with our brand positioning to propose strategic content direction for PMAX Academy

**Content production (70%)**
- Coordinate with the internal team to produce content (for both text and visual) following the plan, supporting to share detailed briefs and follow up to get the content output on time.
- Write/Produce some of the content as assigned. The format can be varied such as social post, blog, video script, article, newsletters, etc.
- Collaborate with digital marketing to analyze, synthesize and optimize content all channels

**Others (10%)**
- Brainstorm with team members to generate ideas for marketing campaigns: sales promotion, trials, webinar, loyalty & referral program
- Assist marketing manager monitor & follow up working process
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
**Skills, Knowledge & Qualification**:

- Understanding of marketing channels in terms of target audiences, pros and cons, and best practices to produce winning content for each channel
- Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles, newsletters
- Experiences in Education is a big plus
- Experiences in inbound marketing
- Experiences in academic writing
