Global Performance Commerce is seeking a skilled **Content Creator** to join us in helping businesses scale their digital marketing efforts.

**GPC** is a full service, performance marketing agency that helps eCommerce and lead generation businesses profitably acquire new customers AT SCALE. Our bread and butter is website optimization (CRO), multivariate split testing, and spending millions of dollars per month across a wide variety of traffic platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok and Google while driving profitable return-on-ad-spend (ROAS).

We seek an experienced, well-rounded and innovative creative with a thorough understanding of photography, video creation and content creation to work with us to make award-winning creative for a wide range of clients.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create video ads
- Shoot Photo and Video assets
- Photo and Video production and editing
- Work with influencers and Content Creators
- Research product(s) or offers to understand how best to creatively showcase them.
- Conceptualize, direct and shoot photo and video ads
- Manage the full production process from pre production to finished deliverable
- Photograph/Video products and talent in studio, on location, and in whitebox or lifestyle settings
- Collaborate with multiple team members to ensure high quality content
- Editing of video and still assets

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- 3+ years of experience in an ad or design agency or within an in-house creative department
- Expert in Photoshop, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Premiere and/or other professional Video and Photo editing and manipulation software.
- Expert knowledge of professional digital photography and video hardware (cameras, lighting, etc)
- A comprehensive grasp of the newest trends in video/photo production and editing
- Able to handle high-volume workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Self-starter who finds creative solutions without asking to be tasked with them
- Comfortable with tight deadlines
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and project management skills
- Collaborative team member who enjoys working with designers, copywriters, developers, media buyers, clients and account managers.
