**Reporting of the role**: Senior Director, Content+

**Measures of success**

**In three months**:

- Fully understand the business model of our digital content service.
- Build a strong relationship with key clients and key content partners.
- Develop a 6-month plan of business development of existing clients and new clients.
- Get involved in the process of on-going content projects.

**In six months**:

- Identify and develop a new project lead to deliver true business value based on your understanding of the client’s needs
- Fully lead a digital content project from initial concept, tactical plan, resource negotiation, and project execution with content partner teams.

**In 12 months**:

- Expertly balance different parties’ interests to achieve each party’s own business objectives
- Explore new revenue opportunities of new digital content resources and develop into our new content service.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Involved in internal & external conversation related to Content direction
- Involve in negotiation process with vendors to optimize client’s budget
- Create content proposition to suit with aligned content strategy
- Evaluate and manage 3rd parties, including Network sponsorship & integrated offering teams, media & production partners, research agencies and other content-related service providers.
- Manage working process & KPIs monitoring for content projects
- Manage vendors/ media partner to ensure the delivery of all phases of content production & control cost vs budget
- Ensure administrative requirements (contracting, allocation management, etc) are well managed per client’s principles
- Manage content operation subordinates to ensure seamless delivery of content projects
- Put forward future recommendations
- content assessment vs ROI/ content impact on brand health

**Join us if you have**:

- Marketing/Communications/Business/Linguistic BA+ degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3-year experience in the advertising/communication industry, especially in a content/ account management role
- Problem-solving
- Good interpersonal skill
- Medium level of knowledge about media (digital, TV)
- Understanding of local media content landscapes/trends/insights
- Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing)
- Good in MS office
- Knowledge about other design & video edit soft wares is a plus
- Strong network with content partners is a plus
- Has a content passion.
